Welcome to My Wedding Advisor. By accessing or using our wedding planning app (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

• Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the App, or which, in our sole judgment, exposes us or any of our users, affiliates, or suppliers to any liability or detriment of any type.

a. Your Content:

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the App ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform Your Content in connection with the App and our business, including for promoting and redistributing part or all of the App.

b. Our Content:

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of [Your Wedding Planning App Name] and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

6. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the App may require you to purchase a subscription or make other payments. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You agree to pay all applicable fees for subscriptions and purchases you make through the App.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the App. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App; and/or (f) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless [Your Wedding Planning App Name], its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney"s fees) arising from (a) your use of and access to the App; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that Your Content caused damage to a third party.

11. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
